1. Method of delivery
1.1. Delivery area
1.1.a) Delivery to a postal address
The Products purchased on the Site can be shipped to Italy, Europe and the United States. Orders will not be shipped to addresses located beyond this delivery area. For security reasons, EXCLUSIVE PARIS will not process any order for which they are indicated as shipping addresses: a post office, a post office box, an accommodation facility, a professional address, a university campus address or a Cedex type address. The Products will be delivered to the shipping address indicated by the customer during the order processing procedure.
1.2. Shipping fees
The delivery of the Products ordered on the Site is charged to the customer, regardless of the total amount of the order or the delivery method chosen by the Customer.
1.3. Delivery time
The order will be delivered, in Express mode, within an indicative period of 2 working days (all days of the week except Saturday, Sunday and holidays). Delivery takes place upon signature of the recipient. Delivery times start from the shipment of the order by our Customer Service, which takes the form of the order dispatch notice sent to the customer's e-mail box. Pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code, the delivery of the ordered products will take place within the times communicated by EXCLUSIVE PARIS. In the absence of this indication, and in any case, it will take place at the latest within 30 days from the date of validation of the order, subject to payment of the full price.
1.3.a) Delivery to a postal address

2. Forwarding of the invoice by post
The customer has a period of 12 months from the date of shipment of the Products to request the Customer Service to send the invoice by postal service via e-mail by clicking on the "Contacts" item in the section dedicated to Customer Service and attaching a document proving his identity.
3. Right of withdrawal - return, exchange, refund
3.1. Right of withdrawal and term for its exercise
The Customer is the holder of the right of withdrawal only in the case expressly provided for by the law, which he can exercise under the conditions provided for by the Italian Consumer Code, provided that he satisfies the conditions provided for by the legislation. In order to guarantee the full satisfaction of its buyers and recipients of the order, EXCLUSIVE PARIS allows customers to exercise the right of withdrawal within (14) days from the date of delivery of the Products, in the event that the product is different from the one ordered or ruined. If you are asked to exercise the right of withdrawal and once the validity of this claim has been ascertained, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Furthermore, once said term has elapsed, the customer's right of withdrawal lapses. If an order concerns several Products and if the Products were delivered separately, the starting date of the counting of the term will be considered the date on which the customer enters into possession of the last Product delivered. The right of withdrawal or the request for a return / refund is valid and exercisable only if the product purchased differs from the one ordered.
3.2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
EXCLUSIVE PARIS offers its customers the possibility to complete and transmit a withdrawal declaration online, by connecting to their customer account, or by contacting Customer Service. The Customer will then receive a confirmation of the withdrawal by e-mail. Before the expiry of the 14-day deadline to exercise the aforementioned right of withdrawal, the customer can send any other declaration to the following address which, without ambiguity, expresses his will to withdraw:

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for orders concerning the goods now opened by the customer and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection or for second thoughts of any kind.
3.3. Consequences of exercising the right of withdrawal
By exercising the right of withdrawal in case of non-compliance of the Product, the customer can return the purchased Products by requesting a refund according to the conditions indicated in Article 11 referred to below.
4. Return and refund methods
To return the Products received, the customer can alternatively benefit from a collection service of the Products at the place indicated by them in Italy or deliver them to the boutique. In any case, the customer must return the Products ordered in their original packaging, complete with boxes, accessories, protections, documentation, etc. and accompanied by the return document and / or the return number. Products returned incomplete, ruined, damaged, deteriorated, dirty or whose conditions reasonably suggest that they have been used or worn cannot be changed, and will be returned to the customer. It should be noted that orders delivered to a third party recipient of gifts ordered by the customer through the Site can only be reimbursed to the customer himself, being the buyer of the gift, who is the only one who can exercise the right of withdrawal (in how much the refund of the order amount can only take place on the current account through which the order was paid).
4.1. Collection service
a) Free return procedure
Il cliente deve prontamente contattare il Servizio Clienti all’indirizzo email@example.com oppure in ogni caso entro un termine che permetta il reso del Prodotto in oggetto entro quattordici (14) giorni a far data dalla notifica relativa dell’esercizio del diritto di recesso, in modo da fissare un appuntamento (data e fascia oraria) per il ritiro del Prodotto da parte di EXCLUSIVE PARIS.
If the Products are subject to the right of withdrawal provided for by law, the buyer who exercises this right under the conditions set out in article 10.1, as regards the terms and methods of returning the Products, will be entitled to a refund of the returned Products.
Returned Products will be examined in advance by the EXCLUSIVE PARIS quality service. The Customer Service will notify the customer of the decision regarding the refund, or the reasons for the impossibility of carrying it out, as well as the methods of returning the Products, within a period of 14 days from the date on which the customer informs the Customer Service of the decision to withdraw. This refund can be delayed up to 14 days from the receipt of the Products by EXCLUSIVE PARIS. The reimbursement of the sums paid for the Products for which the return is to be made will take place according to the method by which the payment of the Products took place, by crediting the current account corresponding to the credit card used for the payment.
Please note that the customer's bank may have specific terms for processing the refund and crediting the account. These terms may vary depending on the institution that issued the card. We are in no way able to accelerate this process, which is independent of our will.
4.2. Returned to an authorized EXCLUSIVE PARIS boutique
Return to the boutique is possible only at some EXCLUSIVE PARIS boutiques. The list of boutiques authorized to return is found in the Returns section of Customer Service. In the boutique it will not be possible to receive a refund or exchange. The returned Products will be examined by the EXCLUSIVE PARIS quality service. The customer will be notified of the decision on the refund, or the reasons for the impossibility of making it, by e-mail or by the Customer Service, within a period of 14 days from the date on which the customer informs the Customer Service of the decision to withdraw. This refund can be delayed up to 14 days from the receipt of the Products by EXCLUSIVE PARIS. 4.bis Inability to make a change
As established by law, EXCLUSIVE PARIS does not exchange the Products purchased through the Site.
